As Experience Design Manager, I led the site redesign and was challenged to consolidate navigation, unify multiple site properties. The goals were to increase engagement and awareness of beaches and the less traveled cities. Worked in collaboration with the graphic designers to create an immersive experience, where the user never encountered a dead end. Presented UX solutions in the form of wireframes to all internal teams and business owners. Stayed connected to our Analytics department throughout the design process, assigning KPIs and other metrics.
Managed a mobile solution design that would utilize a responsive design approach. The mobile experience would support the desktop by allowing cross device collaboration.
