Senior Experience Designer on Norwegian Cruise Line’s booking engine redesign project. Conducted research, and collected industry best practices. Assisted in the overall design strategy with UX and Creative Directors. Developed a solution that would ultimately result in driving spikes in conversions up to 51% with 38% increase in traffic from search. Two paths were designed, one for rookie cruisers and one for the experienced cruiser.
