Senior UX Designer involved in several initiatives, starting with a full site redesign, as well as tools that drive consumers to become buyers. Worked closely with Chrysler leads and vendors to redefine an interim solution for the Car Configurator and Payment tools. I was responsible for meeting and gathering requirements from the client leads and turning them into visual representations in the form of wires and delivery documents.

Measurement and success metrics drive constant updates that continue to increase leads and participation in the funnel tools and digital touch points. Chrylser’s digital properties have transformed from the back end out to users in with more engaging, unified but unique experiences and emotive imagery.
