Lead ACD in a business development opportunity for a large airline. Elevated an array of concepts that would support their primary consumers, the business traveler and leisure traveler. Our ideas spanned the digital world, they included solutions for the apple watch, mobile, seat back, in lounge kiosks, and a desktop redesign that would focus on how we can better the consumer experience by learning from them. We created two journeys that would illustrate the different touch points and how we would address the differing needs of a business traveler compared to a leisure traveler.
During our process, we challenged ourselves by scoring our solutions against our strategy. Joined the leadership team in the procurement process. Presented our Experience Design strategy to the board of directors in concert with our leadership team.
